点评：No Return Policy!
Review: I recently visited cockfields farm with my child, who has special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, especially in relation to how the management handled our visit and their no return policy.
Firstly, I was disappointed by the lack of accommodations and support for SEND needs,there was little to no assistance provided when we arrived. The staff seemed unprepared to cater to the specific needs of my child, which made the visit stressful and unenjoyable.
We arrived and headed over to the cows and unfortunately due to sensory overload around smells and noises this caused my son to become upset and dysregulated,we had to leave after several minutes of being here it was literally walk in walk out!
Additionally, I encountered issues with their no return policy. After the difficulties we faced due to the lack of support, I tried to discuss a potential refund or a return visit, but the management was firm and unhelpful. The policy is quite rigid, and I felt that there was no room for understanding, especially given the circumstances surrounding the visit.
I was told that it wasn't the best time to perhaps have a conversation over a revisit and to go home email admin so we will see if they get back with a suitable day when perhaps revisit maybe if not I will write a further review.
I really hoped for a more inclusive and accommodating environment, particularly for families with SEND. I encourage cockfields farm to review their approach to both SEND accessibility and customer service, especially when it comes to handling such sensitive matters.
