点评:This little State Park is a gem on the Delmarva. Quiet, neat and heavily shaded by woods. Good place for a short stopover if you are on your way to more southerly climes, but not much to do here. There is a lake and kayaking and fishing is allowed, but no swimming. Many campsites have electricity but no sewer or water hookups.
Aging yet clean bathhouses. Buggy, but not so much that Deet or Picaridin won't help.
I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a "home base" from which to explore interesting venues. There is not much for kids to do here other than Disc Golfing (bring your own equipment) and a day-use picnicking area/playground (without restroom facilities).
We came here with the intention of exploring nearby (30-50 miles away) fishing areas on the Choptank or Chesapeake, but other than something like that, it's just a nice place to kick back and relax for a bit.
