点评:Eventually Booked a Sands experience after 3 phone calls which they can’t help/book or knew how to find it on their appalling app!
Only perceived as I was doing this in works time, over an hour, I have always from the SRN 6 till now enjoyed there craft and really was looking forward to this experience.
On the day only 12-14 turned up and the weather changed as predicted, in a instant they cancelled, blaming weather, this is the job to know the weather, 10 mins later it was as still and sunny as could be.
They couldn’t refund money’s at the terminal just palming you off to the faceless app or phone line, when you did find out what number to press to get a human it was closed!!
Will never use this company again, if they treat their customers this bad I feel sorry for the staff that have to take the brunt of this abysmal service!!
If I read correctly 28 days for a response!!

我以后再也不会用这家公司了。如果他们对待顾客都这么差劲,我真替那些不得不承受这种糟糕服务的员工感到难过!
