The Waldo Way Dairy Farm的点评
点评：My family has done business with Waldo Way since the very early days after they started their business. At first, it was a real pleasure to have access to their wonderful products, even though they’re more than an hour drive (each way) for us to get to the farm.
Unfortunately, over the years the availability of product has decreased dramatically and the service has dwindled to unacceptable. The final straw was a visit today to pick up an order that was placed early last week. After driving 40+ minutes each way (with the outrageous price of gasoline today, not to mention tolls each way), my wife arrived at the store only to be told that half of the order had been cancelled - with no notice whatsoever! If we had simply been done the little courtesy of notifying us that all of the items weren’t available (after knowing we had that order in place for about a week!) we’d have delayed the visit until the items we wanted were available instead of wasting our time and money. The was not the first time this has happened to us - BUT, IT WILL BE THE LAST!
Save your money and shop elsewhere! There are others that don’t disrespect their customers that will be happy to have your business.
