点评：So when you walk in, there’s no instruction or signs to tell you where you are supposed to go. There was this long line that everyone started getting in, thinking it was to the venue entrance but it was to the merch counter.
The lobby was an absolute free for all. I heard so many people express they were frustrated that there was no direction.
The bathrooms are outside of the check in point where they scan your tickets so if you actually do sit down at your seat and have to go to the bathroom, you have to scan your ticket to get through again.
People were pouring in so late and I saw an usher talking to a lady (who was in her assigned seat) the entire time before the show and helped no one.
There was no snacks, only Coke products. Eat before you go.
No one welcomed the crowd or introduced the band at start time.
It’s just unfortunate because it’s a beautiful venue with not a bad seat in the house.
