点评:Disappointing Experience – No Refund After Promised Cancellation
I had to cancel my reservation due to a family medical emergency and called both Booking.com and the property more than 24 hours in advance. I was told by both that the reservation would be canceled without penalty, and I appreciated that at the time.
Unfortunately, that’s where the good service ended. Despite their promise, I never received a refund. The front desk staff was extremely rude during my initial call, and I was told a manager would follow up. No one ever did.
I understand policies exist, but when a cancellation is confirmed as "penalty-free," I expect that agreement to be honored. I booked two nights and have received no response or resolution since.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the property. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
