点评：The kids zone click and climb was booked for the 29th March for two boys. The three members of staff who were supposed to be supervising the kids were continually standing together talking about various topics as I was close by so could hear them. There were kids in there who were struggling with the equipment and in the end I said to them could they please stop talking together and go and help the kids. The answer was well if I wanted to go in there to do it I could. My reply was it’s your job to do this not me and the point is who would be responsible if one of the kids were injured?
Also the toilets in the centre were absolutely disgusting as there was no water coming through to the cisterns and when I went to tell the staff I was told the problem was also upstairs and they were trying to sort it.
This was totally unacceptable and no toilet was flushing on either floor so in fact under H&S the centre should have been closed.
The whole place was dirty and it really needs a revamp. My advice is avoid at all costs.
