点评：I’ve visited on three occasions as an away supporter and each time we have been kept waiting outside the turnstiles for 25-30 mins beyond the stated opening time, I’d understand if it was just the once but three times is just poor organisational skills and a lack of respect to paying customers, even the stewards admitted that this was a regular occurrence and they to were frustrated with being put in a position where they constantly have to explain what’s going on, there were people in the queue with walking sticks and mobility issues, sort out your act and show some respect.
The stadium itself is in good order and a great place to watch football and the facilities for away supporters were good, although the jerk chicken kiosk hygiene could be better making wraps with bare hands and handling food without gloves isn’t a good look especially after opening doors and cupboards then going back to the food preparation without washing hands is pretty disgusting, the three stars given is not for the stadium but for the general lack of care.
