Lansdowne Trip Travel Cafe的点评
点评：Very bad experience!!
The staff and lady owner was very rude and has lot of attitude. She behaved as if she is the queen of lansdowne. Their phone was unreachable so we didn’t pre booked however a certain kind of decency is expected. They even denied serving a glass of water and denied using washroom despite the fact i am pregnant. No humanity. Didn’t expect this behaviour at all. I think some celebrities visited their cafe, they think of themselves as above from everyone.
Overhyped. Rude staff especially the owner. Doesn’t know how to behave and talk.
I hope the cafe learns a lesson and should face some setback to learn how to respect people

I mentioned that calls were unreachable. So made up a story of husband calling you!!! Hypocrisy at highest!! Don’t tell what to share or not!!

You denied the water and using washroom instantly. Don’t coverup by making false statements. All the best to you for your disrespectful behaviour and lower down to earth services
