Lovely experience but ultimately disappointed.

点评：My son had a trial flight early december. Nathan the instructor was fantastic, great sense of humour and my son absolutely loved taking control of the light aircraft, it was a real pleasure and gave my son the appetite to potentially train to be a pilot in the future.
As a result, I enquired about booking another trial flight for my son as a Christmas present, my son is doing his A Levels and is only 16 years of age so wasnt looking to commit to working towards gaining his PPL at this moment in time. I was extremely disappointed to receive an email stating that they couldnt accommodate my son for another trial flight as he has 'just had one' and would only allow him to sign up for the course to gain his PPL. I didnt think that this was a way of treating their customers and left bit of a sour taste to be honest. My son loved his experience but as a result of this we will look at other options for the future.
