点评：It's a beautiful waterfall off the raththota Illukkubura road offering a unique experience.
The Google directions are accurate. When we went in June 2024, a new carpet road was being laid on the turn off from Raththota road upto the waterfall. Once constructed it will be wide enough for 2 vehicles to pass easily... once you turn from Raththota road, you have to travel about 7kms. About 3 kms was already carpeted. Pebble stones had been laid on about 3 kms. Nothing had been done on the last 700 meters which had large potholes. But we did see low ground clearance vehicles in the car park.
There is a small car park and a couple of shops selling roti and plain tea. You have to buy a ticket. (LKR 75 or 150 per local, cant recall exactly). You climb down a flight of steps from the car park. Stairs are in good order and has railing. It's quite a short climb and then the route branch into two (which we didn't even notice). If you choose to climb further down, you reach the bottom of the waterfall. If you take the flat path to your right ....... you end up in a cave behind the waterfall!!!!! It's very safe, the cave ledge has a short concrete wall. There is also a short wooden ladder which you can use to climb down to the bottom of the waterfall.
The area around the waterfall was surprisingly clean. Not sure whether you can bathe or swim there.
The access road is quite deserted. And there was electric fencing along the way (may be for elephants?). So, not sure whether you can visit it late in the day.
The highlight was going behind the waterfall and specially without much effort!!!!

通道相当荒凉。沿途有电围栏（可能是给大象用的？）。所以，不确定你是否可以在一天晚些时候去那里。
亮点是去瀑布后面，而且特别不费吹灰之力！！！
