Really disappointed

点评：I planned to come here several days before our vacation based on the reviews and looked forward to the full experience. We got there a little after four and learned that they stop the charcuterie at four. Huge disappointment, it really was what I was most looking forward to. We had the choice to buy cheeses if we wanted to. When a second employee came to the counter she explained she would open the cheese we buy and plate it for us and we could eat it in the loft or tables outside. I couldn’t understand what that meant. Like what type of plate? A paper plate like the paper Dixie cup we got to put our water in? What’s the point and why would I do that? I came for charcuterie and got a paper Dixie cup to drink from. My husband was trying so hard to redeem the situation, I went with it. The items we bought, cheese and crackers with complimentary mustard and jam, were brought to us on a board. Which if It had been fully communicated at the register it would have helped some but I was so over it by then. It’s very small, very small case of cheeses. No animals around like pictured, nowhere to sit with a nice view. They have a great view. But the only place to sit with a good view in the loft is a bar with a tiny window to look out. There is a wide opening in the loft but you can see out of it with the seating. The seating outside gives you a view of parking. There is seating on the front which faces the house instead of the mountains which I don’t understand. They have a great view and no where to sit and see it. I would want to know these things before I went so I’m putting it here. If I could have gone before four I might would make a stop again get charcuterie to go with adjusted expectations. Also the hard cheese we got had quite a large border of dried out hardened cheese, the part no one wants to eat. I hope the place does well but it just wasn’t what I expected based on these reviews.
