Ocean Beach的点评
点评：We have come to ocean beach big 4 umina since our kids were about 2yrs. We are now grandparents and would have liked to keep up the tradition. That's not going to happen, we will be finding somewhere else.
The cabins that we stay in, around 3k each for about 9 nights thats winter so id hate to pay what it is in summer and have the same issues. The last few years each year we have had maintenance issues in the cabins with items not working, washing machine, dryer, cook top, electric jug, door not locking, air con dishwasher these are not just simple issues. There were times we spent a day or 2 waiting for the issue to be resolved. We probably should have started looking elsewhere a few years back. This year they have decided to turn off the heating in the pool and the spa making it not usable at all. A once well used amenity now is constantly empty....
We will not be back here and are also just expecting a generic response to our complaint which will further add to our frustration as it will show that they truly don't care about your holiday experience
