点评:So I’ve recently had a bad experience here before as the burrata was definitely off (was fizzy to taste and did not ooze out like you’d expect - probably mozzarella which is not the same) and was hoping this time it would be a bit different. IT WAS AWFUL. The service was shocking. When someone came to take our order he stood in front of the table and didn’t say anything which was odd. No smile, no greeting. My drink was missed off the order. We had asked 3 people at different times where my drink was of which none of them came back to let me know what was going on. Our food arrived and I ate half my sandwich before asking someone to check on the drink again because I’d already asked 3 different people already. The waitress brought the drink just in her hand and plonked it on the table. No apology, no service, no words at all. Plates were cleared and no one had asked how everything was. Paid the bill with someone and as we went to leave another waitress asked if we’d like to pay again. So no communication and I was shocked not one apology on the lateness of the drink. The impression I had was that no one was trained or that no one cared enough. I will not be going back and I would recommend that people just go in the shops and not the restaurant as you’re just wasting your money. Such a lovely place is spoilt by this and I wouldn’t say it was this bad because it was a busy Saturday because it wasn’t. At times people were stood around waiting for something to do. Very very poor.
