点评：This visit was absolutely beautiful—one of the highlights of our trip! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t keen on visiting Dunn’s River Falls because of its busy, touristy atmosphere. So finding this more local, off-the-beaten-path alternative was a breath of fresh air—and a much better fit for us.
We arrived later in the day, around 3 PM, and to our surprise, the place was nearly empty. We had the entire falls to ourselves, which made the experience feel incredibly peaceful and personal.
Now, this place isn’t polished or perfect—and that’s part of its charm. The stairs are wooden and a bit vast, and the park itself is quite basic in terms of facilities. But it feels real, untouched, and authentic. There’s a raw natural beauty here that’s hard to find in more commercial spots.
The falls themselves are absolutely breathtaking. You could easily spend a whole day just relaxing, exploring, and soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. We saw numerous lizards and even a few hummingbirds flitting through the trees, which made the whole setting feel even more magical.
There’s also a small garden area where we walked among a variety of well-cared-for domesticated animals, birds, and reptiles—all of which looked happy and healthy.
Since this isn’t a standard excursion offered by most hotels or tour desks, we used Rallo D Tours to get there— called ahead to check they were open and then just payed at the ticket office on arrival.
