Absolutely lovely views.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Restaurant evening meal was excellent and value for money with accompanying wine.
Breakfast was a good spread.
Room was excellent with "the view"
The wine tour was interesting with the barrels for sale, store and meeting rooms available to rent.
Negatives:
Wine tour - three of the cheap wines only tasted and far too much wine of each. Really should have showcased some of the premium wines and served only a tasting amount. Also, not sure the guide really knew that much about the wines, processes etc
Shower gel, shampoo and tiny soap is not enough for a premium hotel for twopeople. Recommend you have your own with you.
We enjoyed it but wouldn't recommend staying longer than one night and take your own shower gel, soap and shampoo.
