Untrained and unprofessional service??

点评：Sat on the patio. Ordered beer and food. Seems like a nice setting to relax and enjoy the warm afternoon, but the service left a lot to be desired. The beer was good, and that is about all I can say. Wrong food delivered to our table. Although we were seated before others, others got food first. Servers left half of our order on the table to get cold as they ran to find the proper order. My wife had the chicken sandwich, but it was very dry and had very burnt bacon. I eventually got my brisket sandwich, which was OK but not worth the $26 price. I chalked it up to the price you pay in a tourist town. The servers seemed confused, embarrassed, and not really trained to handle the gaffaws appropriately. We witnessed food mixups at other tabkes as we waited for our bill. Next time in Canmore we will try someplace else. It's not worth giving my hard earned money for poor service and mediocre food.
