点评：We did the 2 night/3 day cruise of Bai Tu Long Bay in November 2025 as the last leg of a 4 centre tour of Vietnam. It was the perfect end of a memorable holiday. From the moment we were picked up in Hanoi in a luxury minivan to being dropped off at the airport 3 days later we received the best of service. All guests arrive at the reception where you meet your guide and the other passengers. We were taken to the boat by golf buggy. Our guide was Huang aka Smiley who is a legend and has been with the company for 16+ years. He was informative and had hilarious. He introduced the agenda for the next few days and some of the main members of staff. Lunch and dinner consisted of about 8 courses and the food was of an exceptional quality. In our group of 3, we had a vegan, a vegetarian, an omnivore and various food allergies. This was no problem for the kitchen. We were treated royally and all staff knew who we were and got things right all the time. Thu Luyen and others made sure we got the right meals and service. The cabins were lovely as was the outdoor spaces. There are only 40 or so people on board so it never feels crowded on board and there were approximately 30+ staff on board so everyone is well looked after. All staff were lovely. What struck me was the pride they had in the company who seem to care about the environmental impact and the locals who live on the bay. We did kayaking, we had a cooking demo, we had a visit to a cave, we were taken to a fishing village and we had a BBQ on the beach. Passengers had the option to do whatever they wanted. The scenery is spectacular and the whole experience on the boat just adds to the magic of the place
