点评:My experience is not at the establishment it self, we love bounce! My kids have had parties there before and been to them and they are great value, however today I had the worst experience from their call centre. I have booked a party for my daughter for Jan 18, and had many invited guests pull out last minute. I called and spoke with Shania and Dean, I asked if I could transfer my deposit to passes, as I know there is no cash refund, I asked because I have received a transfer to passes last july when I had to cancel my son’s party. I was told that they only did that back in July out of ‘good faith’ and wouldn’t be doing that this time. I was then asked to put it in writing my request as the supervisor wouldn’t speak with me over the phone, as an email can be further investigated apparently. After I sent the email dean called me all in a space of 30 minutes , such a waste of time when he could have just taken my call. He explained the T&C again. . . And told me there will be no transfer to passes because I was cancelling 7 days out. My point is, they are not loosing any money by transferring our deposit to passes, and they’ve done it before so I know it’s doable. Not fair Bounce! Customer service was very ordinary.
