An AMAZING Whale Experience!

点评：My wife and I booked a private, half-day whale tour with Hereiti and Autoa, and it was unbelievable. They picked us up directly from our hotel via boat, and we cruised around while they taught us a little bit about the sea life in the area. We saw many humpback whales in the distance, including some amazing breaches! We also saw a pod of dolphins!
We also had the opportunity to get in the water and swim with a humpback, which was SO special! Hereiti and Autoa are incredibly respectful of the animals, which is a huge plus. We felt very safe throughout the whole experience.
Two quick pieces of advice:
1 - The whales are not trained, so there is no guarantee that you will definitely swim with them. That being said, just being on the water and seeing them in the distance is beautiful!
2 - Be prepared to swim! You get in the water about 100 meters away from the whale (due to the laws for the animals' safety), and then have to swim to catch it!
That being said, we HIGHLY recommend this experience with Hereiti and Autoa!! We are definitely going to do this again the next time we visit Moorea!!
