点评：My wife and I enjoyed two days of fishing and hospitality recently with Dundee Beach Fishing Charters.
From being picked up at Darwin airport and returned there with a box of frozen fillets we felt that we were in the hands of a thoroughly professional team. While they can’t take credit for the two glassed out glamour days of fishing weather we experienced, they can take credit for everything else. With over 25 years of local fish guiding experience, 7 roomy boats, several fishing guides, and thousands of fishing marks to choose from, it was no surprise that they were able to provide the fishing action that Dundee Beach Fishing Charters is famous for.
By being part of a team that is thoroughly tuned in to local conditions, Cooper our fishing guide never stopped in his efforts to put us on to coral trout, snapper, Spanish mackerel, blue-bone, wahoo, cobia, red emperor and fingermark by changing locations and fishing styles to suit the tides and opportunities as they presented themselves.
The fishing, the guides, the boats, the accommodation, the hospitality, the locals and Matt the owner make for an experience of a lifetime. Last, but not least, the meals were fantastic. (We even scored recipes for Da’s sweet chilly mud crab, and Thia beef curry).
We will be back.
