Spiritual trip to Maha Shakti / Kali Temple

点评：I have heard so much about the temple and my family have also fasted for 3 days before going for the prayers. Though it was a 4 hours drive journey to the temple, it was worth it in every way.
I love the atmosphere and peace around the place and the priests did all the prayers and aarti which was beautiful to see. You feel connected and emotional being there. Lunch was served and it was really good and warm.
One of my aunt took the mini bus to the hill as she was elderly but I walked with the rest of the family up the hill. However, she did say that some people were trying to sneak in the mini bus though being healthy.
I was amazed to see an elephant, deer, donkeys, poney up the hill. Maha Kali temple is quite small and we were all seated in the tent with a big screen.
One thing did annoy me. Though the priest did say that if you are talking or got kids that are making any noise, please go outside so that others can meditate and pray. When the Maha kali prayer started, some people were non stop talking in front and behind me while looking at their mobile. We had to tell them to keep quiet.
One more thing, we were told that they will start calling people from the front bench to start coming inside slowly to do the aarti because it's quite small in the temple but some indiscipline people from behind me were too impatient and were running in the front to queue up and were told to go back to their seat constantly.
Overall, it was my dream to visit the temple and do my prayer. We were all emotional when we left the place and hopefully plan to go there in the future.
