Amazing Balloon Flight Experience

This Birthday present was given to me by my late aunt 2 years ago. However unfortunately there were 6 cancellations due to weather conditions. I was getting rather frustrated but after experiencing the flight I can see why they had to cancel.
On the day there was a gust of updraft as the balloon was being inflated on the ground and the Pilot Rebecca Cairns had to work really hard and left no stone unturned to ensure we all had an experience of a life time and the most pleasurable experience. She never gave up and on the 3rd try after a lot of hard work all 16 of us took off so smoothly and the sun shone making the fields look so wonderful.
At over 2000 feet we were drifting so smoothly, it was a peaceful, gentle experience and incredibly interesting looking down from the basket at the sheep moving like small dots. The Pilot carefully turning the balloon around by releasing a valve of air.
We all worked hard and thoroughly enjoyed the experience setting up the balloon from the start to landing when it was time to pack it all away which was very fun filled enjoyment.
I am sorry for being upset with the call centre staff and can only apologise for giving them an hard time because it was well worth the wait and the pilot made it special and smooth. The whole crew also worked very hard to ensure we took some wonderful memories and the customers were also friendly helping each other out. Perhaps it was the bubbly at the end but well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone and advise them to remain patient with them.
Amazing Experience-will definitely like to do it again one day! Thank you Rebecca Cairns and her crew! Thank you to all the customers that were there as well. Thank you to the Virgin Call Centre Staff who kept patience with me.
