点评：We had an absolutely fantastic hot air balloon ride with Ben as our pilot. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and made everyone feel completely at ease. His knowledge, experience, and calm manner added so much to the whole experience.
We were especially lucky on the day because there was an event taking place nearby, meaning several other balloons also took to the skies. Seeing so many colourful balloons floating alongside us made the experience even more magical and added an unexpected extra touch that we will never forget.
The views were incredible, the flight was smooth, and Ben clearly has a real passion for what he does. He took the time to explain everything and made the journey both enjoyable and memorable.
A special thank you also goes to the ground crew, who were absolutely wonderful with the children. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience extra special, yet they did it so naturally that it seemed like simply part of what they do every day. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and helped create unforgettable memories for our family.
