点评：Surrounded by an eclectic assortment of Victorian churches, terraced cottages, and overlooked by a superb lighthouse, this amazing park has numerous points of interest.
Sir Rufane Donkin, the founder of Port Elizabeth, named the town after his deceased wife, and built an imposing commemorative stone pyramid on this site. At the base of the pyramid is a fascinating mosaic walkway constructed in the 1990s to provide a historical perspective on Port Elizabeth and the Eastern Cape.
Also impressive are a flagpole flying the largest South African flag in the country; an open air art exhibition featuring works by local artists; as well as is a remarkable metal cut-out of Nelson Mandela, fist raised in triumph, leading a line of voters who cast their ballots in the country's first democratic elections in 1994.
