Perch Patrol的点评
点评：We had booked our Perch Patrol guide for two days through Woodland Resort as part of a package that included lodging and meals at their on-site restaurant. We were told the guide would contact us and he did text us the first evening to say he would meet us at the bait shop at 7am. My husband asked him to call so we could ask a few questions and he promptly did. We can’t say enough good things about Tanner P., he was so kind and personable and he worked hard to give us a great experience. He met us as promised and we all hopped in his truck and he took us to the boat ramp at Graham’s Island State Park. His Ranger boat was very nice and fully equipped with everything one would need. I am not experienced with a baitcast reel so Tanner offered to do the casting for me and all I had to do was watch for a bite as we trolled and reel in the fish close enough for him to bring it in with a net. He really did all the work and let me just do the fun part. My husband is more of a fisherman so Tanner did not jump in unless asked. Both mornings we each caught our limit of five walleye, and the first morning we each also caught a northern pike. Once we limited out we were done for the day, and Tanner expertly cleaned the fish for us and provided plastic baggies to package the fish in. We enjoyed talking with him about the history of the lake and about life in North Dakota.
