A disappointing experience.
Thredbo Valley Horse Riding的点评
点评：My wife and I have been on many horse/trail rides, and we were excited to experience what Thredbo Valley had to offer. We booked a 2 hour trail ride. After all the obligatory filling out of forms, getting fitted for helmets and getting to know your horse, we set off on our ride. With the exception of two 50 meter trots, our horses walked us through the bush of Thredbo Valley. It was explained to me at one point that insurance limitations prevented us from doing any more than this. My wife and I came away feeling very disappointed with the whole experience. It’s a shame that the limitations were not explained to us at the time of booking. Most likely, we would not have spent our $410.
The operators at the facility were very pleasant and the scenery was spectacular, but I think a bit of transparency about the way the trail ride is to be conducted is called for, that way people can make an informed decision.
