点评：Spending the day with Kumud in her class was, without doubt, the best cookery experience I’ve ever had. She’s an exceptional teacher—warm, engaging, and a true fountain of knowledge—who shares her expertise in a way that feels effortless, light-hearted, and genuinely fun. Every dish was absolutely delicious; the flavours were vibrant and exciting, and each bite was a delightful surprise (in all the best ways). We left feeling completely spoiled—like we’d eaten like royalty. Practicalities were just as seamless too: access and parking were easy, and the kitchen is perfectly set up for a hands-on, enjoyable day of cooking.
