点评：We met Cha Cha at our lodge the night before we left. He explained everything and told us to meet him at 4:00 in the morning for our two-hour drive to the launch site. I had planned to sleep on the way, but he was so much fun I stayed awake. He stayed with us until we got on the balloon. There were about 10 of us in the basket. It was exciting even just getting into the basket. The basket was turned on its side and we had to slide in. The driver could control the elevation of the balloon. When we saw animals he would lower the balloon for a closer look. I was surprised at how low we were to the ground at times. Being on the ground in the Serengeti doesn't allow you to see it from this total perspective. Wow! What an experience! My only complaint was that I could have stayed up there for hours. Just a wonderful experience! We opted for the Bush Champagne breakfast, which was delicious. I have diet restrictions and there was Cha Cha making sure my breakfast complied. He had responsibilities during the breakfast, but he always made sure we had everything and were okay. After breakfast Cha Cha drove us to meet our guide from our lodge. I know the highlight of the trip was the hot air balloon experience, but Cha Cha made it even more memorable for the way he took care of us. He made us feel that our enjoyment was really important, that it genuinely really mattered to him. He made us feel special.
