Planning A Picnic? This is the Place to Buy Your Cheese

点评：We based ourselves in Blere for several nights while exploring the Loire Valley and La Balade des Fromages quickly became one of our favourite shops in Blere.
They have an enormous range of cheeses, including soft and hard cheeses, and goats’ and sheeps’ milk cheeses.
We enjoyed lingering over the cheese counters, making our choices, and watching them cut a lovely, large wedge cut from the main block and wrap it up for us to take away.
We planned a picnic one day, so naturally we headed straight here. They helped us choose a good selection (we had to exercise a lot of will-power not to go nuts).
In the end, we left with three different cheeses which we added to our picnic. Together with our baguette, saucisson and a bottle of local wine, we had one of the best picnics ever.
