点评：We’ve just had an incredibly special sailing experience around the Whitsundays with our family, and it’s an experience we’ll never forget.
We booked through Cumberland Charters and honestly, we could not fault them. From start to finish, the service, communication and care from the entire team was exceptional.
Unfortunately, we had an incident on the boat that required Marine Rescue. The way the situation was handled was absolutely outstanding — promptly, calmly and with genuine care for everyone involved. The staff were incredibly reassuring and professional throughout what could have been a very stressful situation.
A huge thank you to Cumberland Charters, especially to Steve, Rachel, Sharon, Geoff and Ian for being a brilliant team and looking after us so well. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to experience the Whitsundays.
