Faulty plane and even faultier service.
Durban Skydive Centre的点评
点评：Booking for the 12th October for my daughter's 18th birthday. Drove over 100 km to centre and they are closed. Apparently the plane had to go in for a service and he forgot to cancel our appointment.
Drive again to the Centre on the 19th where we waited over 3 hours with no communication from Vernon as to what the delay is.
His staff took every available seat while we waited and all the clients were left to stand in the sun or sit on the dirty floor of their clubhouse.
I eventually find out after numerous enquiries that the plane won't start and they are canceling again.
My daughter has now lost faith in the ability of the plane to actually remain airborne, if they ever get it working.
I requested a refund, sent my details over 8 times and over 4 months later, am still waiting for the refund.
