Excellent service from Ozone VTT Cycles, brilliant electric mountain bikes and amazing location at Lac du Salagou

点评：We reserved electric mountain bikes on the website ahead of the hire date. We arrived at 9am at the Clermont-l’Hérault store and received our bikes immediately, with the correct size helmets, a map, and bike repair kit. We were given excellent advice on the route to and around Lac du Salagou. We cycled 3km to the start of the route, from the store. The route is well sign-posted the whole way round Lac du Salagou with the VTT logo. We followed the red logo’s with a 1 next to them. On advice, we got to number 7 on the map, then turned around. For us this was about a 4 hour ride, plus 30 min stop for lunch. We are fairly new to mountain biking; some of the terrain was challenging, with steep inclines and declines on off road, muddy, lose surfaces but the bikes felt very steady, robust, safe and all the functions performed brilliantly. We loved our experience of Ozone VTT Cycles; the bikes were excellent and the route well marked out so easy to follow. We arrived back at 2pm; the store closes between 12:00 noon until 3pm which we were made aware of, so we went for a coffee in town, then returned for 3pm. We were grateful of the advice when making our reservation to take at least 1.5 litres water and supplies and wear sports clothing, as we had sun and rain, and got a bit wet and muddy. There are loads of mosquitos around Lac du Salagou so we wore bug spray. Thank you Ozone VTT Cycles!!
