Security needs to up their game

点评：As someone that worked in the mall i do enjoy going and walking around or occasionally going to pick up new piercings but it's changed quite a lot and not in a good way. During my time working there i counted over 6 fights and 5 shootings and it didn't seem like security cared all that much, when shootings did happen it was a lot of us store employees that managed safety for guests anyone that was close we had come in. I good example of the mall security not caring was the last month i worked before i put my 2 weeks notice in at the store i was at, there was a shooting in the food court we heard it in our store and other stores around us heard it as well, then we saw the people running two teenager girls ran up to me since i was up front greeting they were panicked, crying and almost bordering on hyperventilating saying there was a shooting, they didnt know if anyone was hurt and just wanted in i rushed them inside and informed my boss, i pulled other kids or anyone that was trying to get to a secure place in. My boss had called security and it took them more than 20 min to get to the food court and all they could say ' from what it looks like it was justa flipped table'
