点评：It took over 20 minutes for our coffees to arrive and fortunately they weren’t hot as the young waitress accidentally tipped a latte all over me. Luckily I wasn’t scalded or burnt but my top, trousers, trainers, socks, handbag and iPhone were all covered in coffee. She was very apologetic but I wasn’t scalded left in soaking wet, coffee stained clothes. We are travelling so I had fresh clothes in the car and managed to rinse a little of the coffee out of my white patterned top.
To add insult to injury she failed to report the incident to the manager and I actually had to seek them out. St the very least we should have been offered a refund without seeking it! I also had to insist that she filled out an incident form. Took over 10 minutes to find one. She tried her best to deal with the situation but was obviously out of her depth. To date no-one has contacted me to check I wasn’t hurt or to offer to clean my clothes, shoes or handbag! Not impressed at all! One of my fellow customers was totally appalled at the situation and couldn’t believe how ineffectual they are. I won’t be back
