Not worth your money and time

Recently on Sunday, we booked the gold course for 3 hours + a 1.5-hour drinks package for €20 p.p. (8 people) for a bachelor party. Upon arrival, we were immediately told that we had to hurry because the staff had to leave early that day. (Is that our problem?)
In the end, we only managed to do 5 of the 6 obstacles, and not even the ones we had specifically booked. When we asked the instructor if we could at least do the mega sweeper, we were told no. This obstacle is part of the gold course and seemed like the most fun to us. At the end, it also turned out that the showers and toilets weren’t working. Changing takes place in containers filled with sand and without separate stalls, making it impossible to dry off and change properly without getting sand everywhere.
After 2 hours of wipeout (instead of 3), we sat down for the drinks. This was around 6 PM, and we were immediately told that we could only order drinks until 6:45 PM because they had to leave at 7. (We paid for 1.5 hours and only got 45 minutes to order?) Outright unacceptable if you ask me, and definitely not worth the money. For 9 people you get a maximum of 4 snacks per person during the drinks, and after that, it costs you €50 for another 40 snacks—which makes no sense when you’ve already paid nearly €200.
For this price, there are plenty of other activities that are actually worth it.
A partial refund would be more than fair, but judging from other reviews, we don’t expect that to happen.
I do have to give credit to the first aid team though—after I tore my ankle ligament (which wasn’t wipeout’s fault), they did help me very well.
I will also post this review on other platforms so that everyone thinks twice before booking this.

部分退款当然更公平，但从其他评论来看，我们预计不会发生这种情况。
不过，我还是要感谢急救队——在我脚踝韧带撕裂（不是Wheelout的错）之后，他们给了我很大的帮助。
我也会在其他平台上发布这篇评论，让大家在预订之前三思而后行。
