A great woodland walk.
Fairy Glen Falls的点评
点评：A lovely walk to the fairy Glen falls. We took the left path walk as we saw arrows indicating the direction to follow, only to find the bridge across the stream had been fenced off, so I would recommend following the pathway on the right hand side to avoid back tracking on yourself or crossing on the boulders in the stream. Nethertheless, it was a beautiful walk so this wasn’t a problem.
There was so much to see whichever way you turned and we photographed so much. Hearing the many varieties of birds singing and rustling in the surrounding woodland trees was a joy to listen to and added to the perfection of this walk. The falls themselves were well worth the walk to get to, with ample stone platforms to take photographs. It felt so peaceful there.
I would highly recommend this walk. but make sure you are wearing suitable footwear as there are many tree roots and uneven surfaces to navigate. I think the terrain could be quick difficult in wetter weather.
Having a small parking area was helpful.
