Nothing could be finer than a glorious day at Plumpton Races !

点评：If your looking for a special authentic rural day at one of Sussexes oldest National Hunt racecourses you simply can't go wrong at Plumpton ! With Craig at the helm of a fantastic team everything has been planned to make your day memorable from the fabulous local Harveys beer or the sensationally good pies and sausage rolls to the one ticket all access system in operation allowing you to move with ease from the parade ring to the stands and back to the bar. Getting there couldn't be easier with Plumpton having its own dedicated train station and more than ample free parking should you elect to drive there I always let there train take the strain ! If your planning on splashing out the racecourse restaurant package is exceptional value with its grand viewing facility and really tasty gourmet three course lunch . The day I was there I met a lovely lady Alex who had bought her retired racehorse to Plumpton for the day to explain the options open now for retired racehorses and retraining them . The only thing I can't guarantee is a winner but if you keep your ears and eyes open you will probably pick up on some local inside gossip !Trust me if your in the slightest interested in horse racing come and give Plumpton a try I promise you that you won't regret it !
