One of the best experiences of our entire trip
Bukit Lawang Jungle Trekking的点评
点评：We booked a 3-day/2-night jungle trek with Bukit Lawang Jungle Trekking in late June and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the team delivered a 10/10 experience.
Our guides, Putra and Derry, were simply outstanding. Knowledgeable, caring, and full of passion for the jungle and its wildlife — they made sure we felt safe, engaged, and well looked after throughout. Putra even scouted out ideal spots for drone shots along the way, which was a lovely extra touch.
The trekking itself is the real deal — a healthy mix of challenging hikes and rewarding moments, culminating in multiple orangutan sightings, monkeys, and other incredible wildlife. We visited end of June and found it refreshingly uncrowded — the only busier moments were naturally around the orangutan encounters.
Logistics were seamless. The company was highly responsive over email before the trip, helping us organize everything including airport transfers. The campsites along the trek were well set up — just pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as the river noise can be loud at night!
For what you get, the price is remarkable. Ours included airport transfers, one night at the base in Bukit Lawang, two nights at jungle campsites, and all meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fresh fruit throughout. Exceptional value.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organized jungle adventure. Ask for Putra and Derry — you won’t regret it! Thank you from Conni & Sven!
