It’s a hard “no thank you” for us

点评：We were in town for Crusin the Coast. The hotel lobby is great. We enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia displayed. Pizza place was good. Hotel is in a great location. Those are the positives.
The negatives … the rooms are VERY worn & outdated. Chips all over the furniture, dust in lots of places, torn sheets, ragged bathroom door & dingy feeling shower. They need an overhaul, big time. Our teenage son even commented about the condition & he is a teenage boy (enough said! Ha!) Our main complaint was that the room was so humid. We checked to see if we could swap rooms but there wasn’t one available. They did send maintenance up & he was very friendly. He changed the ac filter (which absolutely needed it.) However, it did not fix the humidity issue. We were also given a smoking room, which was not pleasant, given the humidity issue & stuffy smell & feel. Absolutely will not stay here again. If there were rooms available at another hotel & we could have gotten a refund at Hard rock, we would have definitely switched hotels. The inconvenience would have been worth it.
