Not a Good Place to stay!
Hard Rock Casino Biloxi的点评
点评：I stayed at this motel last week and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The room itself was in bad shape and clearly in need of repairs. The closet doors wouldn’t close properly because the hinges were bent, causing the doors to sag. The carpet was dirty, stained, and frayed—especially near the bathroom door, where it was ripped up enough to be a serious trip hazard. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, unable to hold a roll properly. The vanity mirror was deteriorating, with the backing peeling away, and the bed—once a pillow top—was so worn out it felt like sleeping on a rock. Even the shower was a letdown: it had two showerheads, but only one worked.
To top off a disappointing stay, we went to the Hard Rock Café hoping for a decent meal, but were met with more poor service. A simple order of a hamburger, chicken fingers, and water cost $48, and the waiter acted like we were an inconvenience.
Overall, I would not recommend this motel or the associated restaurant experience. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay that did not justify the cost in any way.
