Seka Hills Olive Mill and Tasting Room的点评
点评：This is a beautiful place to start a Capay Valley day visit. The Capay Valley is picturesque and unspoiled, with rolling hills, oaks trees olives, and farms.
Visit the Seka Hills tasting room to sample (and purchase) the delightful olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and nuts grown on the property. (In autumn you can take a tour of the olive mill during harvest time.)
Enjoy a delicious lunch on the serene patio, surrounded by olive groves, lavender, and roses.
Then drive a few minutes up Rt 16, past the old schoolhouse, and stop in at the Guida Corner Store (built in the 1800s) for a beverage.
Junktiques, a charming antique shop, is just down the block (across from the fire dept). It's open most Sundays (check its online listing).
A few minutes up the road is Full Belly Farm, which offers tours and fresh produce (check their website for hours).
On the way back, sunflower fields on 16 East bloom in late June to July. Please don't walk into the fields or touch the flowers -- just enjoy, respect, and snap some photos.
Then drive through Woodland and turn right onto First Street. Several blocks of beautiful Victorian homes make this street a lovely brief walk. Respect the homeowners, be quiet, and enjoy this walk back in time.
Bring water, be respectful, don't litter, appreciate this beautiful part of the state, and you will enjoy a wonderful trip!
