Hands in Harmony Flinders Street - terrible experience, dismissed by owner.

点评：I booked and paid for a remedial massage for my neck/shoulders at HinH Flinders Street, because the person I usually saw at HinH The Ville was unwell that day.
I had been long term customer with Hands in Harmony and understand what a professional massage involves. I believe the massage I had was inappropriate and unprofessional and it left me feeling off. I told my partner in the HinH waiting room what had happened and we then told the owner and 'therapist' of our concerns.
The therapist knew exactly why I was upset and apologised to us as she gestured to the front of her torso. The owner looked at me like I was fabricating a story, despite my long custom with her business.
The owner later stated in an email reply to my partner, that the therapist was not a good fit and that it was a 'lymph' massage. There was no contacting me to fully understand the experience I went through and the dismissal of my concerns just added insult to injury.
I will not be going back to Hands in Harmony again.
