点评：We had a wonderful full day on June 14 flag day riding the variety of transportation PSTA has coordinated to make it very easy to travel from Tarpon Springs Pinellas County to the as far south as Pass a Grill. We had great service starting on the phone with Anna. So helpful and pleasant. Purchasing our tickets with employee # 3002 a very conscientious young lady helped us to get set up as seniors on a Flamingo pass. Our success continued as we boarded our Jolley trolley at the Curlew location with Leeann. She was an excellent driver and we arrived in perfect time to transfer to the Suncoast trolley to take us to 75th in St pete. A pleasant ride with Vonchinna Woodare we had a conversation and we impressed on her how happy we were with the system and especially when we could learn the drill. She agreed and also made very positive comments about the system; but also expressed she would like to see more information provided to the drivers so they could readily answer questions. We were able to connect to a Sun runner as part of our travels and also to the free shuttle to Pass A Grill called Mad Beach with John. He was very helpful, and they do depend on tips with this service. Our return with our drivers was just as pleasant. With the route we took we were fortunate to ride with Terry on 2 buses 2017 and 2005. He is the best of the best and such an asset to Suncoast trolley. We were able to share some good laughs with Stacey along her route and she helped make our day. People need to understand this is not an easy job. Kudos to all of these employees who do their best despite things they can't control. Trolley breakdowns; traffic; road construction add to possible delays so packing some patience is important. I hope PSTA will give these special drivers and all the workers the kudos they desire and know they were appreciated.
