VIP service, fast and convenient

点评：Yes, in terms of Malaysian prices, this is expensive. But you get what you pay for.
I booked the VIP service online and my name was on a board in baggage claim before my suitcase came down!
A delightful gentleman walked with me through the terminal to the train station and handed me over to a porter. At no point did they allow me to touch wheel or carry my own case. I was placed on the train and my porter accompanied me to the city. At that point they handed me over to an absolutely delightful driver, Ms Wan, in a very new and clean SUV with leather seats who took me the extra 20 minutes to my city centre location, safely and smoothly in the heavy traffic.
Of course, you could do it more cheaply in a grab and/or with the local train or the budget bus. But if you are tired and want to be looked after, this is the way to go and I will be booking for my return journey. Thank you all for looking after me.
