点评：My wife and I had the great experience of reef fishing with M & J’s Charters. Captain Jacket and his crew mate, Skilly, were recommended by the concierge at our hotel. From the moment we climbed aboard we felt like we were with fast friends (by the way, we were picket up directly in front of our hotel on Grace Bay - ON THE BEACH!). Jacket clearly knows these waters well and gave us a history lesson as well as an ecotour on our way to the first top at the northwest point of the island. We quickly learned that if we weren’t getting a hit within 5-10 seconds that we had missed setting the hook and the bait was gone. We lost track of how many fish we caught. There were lots of grouper, trigger fish, and others. My wife even caught a large lion fish, which was a beautiful fish that was handled very carefully (we learned that this is an invasive species with no natural predators - and it was clear why they fear nothing…except Jacket now).
Jacket and Skilly kept us on top of fish all morning long - even to the point we were felt like things were far too easy. And all along the way, we got to enjoy smooth blue water, clear skies, a gentle breeze, and the company of two hospitable folks who know their trade well.
