Fun & Sun Dive Travel的点评
点评：We had a good a couple of good dives with Fun & Sun. We did get to see the Thresher sharks! We enjoyed the dives however the attention to detail was lacking with the boat crew. When we got on the boat I noticed that my tank was low on air and when I asked a crew member about it, I got the deer in the headlights look. Finally he changed the tank. I was also disappointed that mine and my friends weight belts weren’t correctly set up…no stops to keep the weights from slipping on the belt and because of this my friends weight belt couldn’t be buckled as the weight had slipped all the way against the buckle. The crew seemed to not want to help us with this issue…again deer in the headlights look. The dive package included breakfast and lunch which consisted of a few pastries for breakfast and a mango for lunch….pretty disappointing.
When we got back to shore no one helped us with getting our gear off the boat, no one offered to help with cleaning our gear or even to tell us where we could clean our gear. Usually when we go to dive resorts or dive with a dive boat the crew is making sure that we are comfortable and all our needs are met. They jump at the chance to help with everything and at the end of the day they deserve and receive a great gratuity. Next time we go to Malapascua we will be looking for another dive outfit.
