Not understanding how to give a massage

点评：Before I walked in I spoke with the girl at reception about if the therapist are qualified she said yes & I asked about if they understand reflexology she said yes too .
I know she just wanted to get my on the couch & take my money.
I asked to light to medium pressure . These people don’t understand the body or how it works.
The guy who gave me the massage first of all wanted to put my head down on the couch not in the hole so I told him then it just got worst .
The place feel like a massage centre however he used
too much pressure on sensitive areas of the feet & non sensitive areas .He was definitely going through the motions and used about 4 different techniques 2 of them were his knuckles & fists.
Everytime I would say less pressure after 2 min he would go hard again .
I would not get a massage in India as all of the massages I ve had were no good .
I have some pain in my right foot from the massage .
The massage therapists need to go back to college & understand the theory & practicality of giving a good massage .
