点评：We had a truly outstanding experience with Shree Carpet and Textile Mahal India Pvt. Ltd. during our recent visit to India. After viewing an incredible selection of stunning, high-quality carpets, we chose a beautiful handmade silk rug that perfectly complements our home in Canada. The entire purchasing process was seamless and professional from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, making us feel confident and well-guided throughout the process. Once we made our selection, we were invited to sign the back of the carpet—a personal and memorable touch. Within a few weeks of returning home, our rug arrived in perfect condition, just as promised.
We did pay a small import duty, which was expected and well worth it. Importantly, a certificate of authenticity was included, which is crucial for insurance and resale purposes.
Shree Carpet is clearly a reputable and trustworthy company, and we are beyond pleased with both the service and the product.
