马尼拉梦之城凯悦酒店的点评
点评：If I can give 0 review then I would. This review isn’t for City of Dreams alone though. It’s for 88 restaurant on Nuwa side’s high limit slot.
Staff seem like choosing people to serve rightly. I was there for like 15mins, but no one came to me to ask for my orders or to give me the tablet where I can choose foods from their menu. I was alone, when I entered a girl with familiar face / server who once served me just nodded at me, but never came to ask for my order. Then there were a lot of staff there standing, but no one came to approach me. Until I lost my patience and told them that I needed to order with a loud voice cause I was really upset, but when they were about to move and give me the menu. I just told them never mind and just went out but came back because I saw the manager was standing at the desk on the entrance. So I asked if she’s the manager, then I told her what happened that I was there for a long time but no one came to ask for my order. And she just said, “okay po ma’am” lol. Why? Because I’m just look like a kid? And a girl? Alone? Seems like a discrimination to me, why they were busy entertaining foreign customers. I just told to myself okay, I’ll wait until they’re finished but once they’re done assisting those. No one still came to my table to assist me. The worst restaurant I’ve ever been too, just like in France, they’re like French service. Also, that wasn’t my first bad experience from them.
